Outplacement - Real Solutions for Real People

Having to let staff go is one of the toughest sides of leadership.  Our Outplacement Program is designed to equip your team with the skills they need to face life after your organisation - and not to leave with a bitter taste in their mouth.
Our Program brings in subject experts to talk people through the more practical issues that they'll need when facing redundancy.  These include
  • professional general finance advice
  • expert advice on writing a CV or Resume
  • specialist training on using LinkedIn to find a job.
All our sessions are run by either a Coach Trainer or Specialist Facilitator with a Coach Trainer assisting.
First Train offers 3 types of Outplacement Programs so you can choose the best-fit for your organisation.  These are:
  1. 4 half day group workshops (maximum 20 people)
  2. 4 half day group workshops (maximum 20 people) with each workshop followed by a 1 hour private coaching session for each attendee.
  3. Private 1-on-1 sessions with all our subject experts and four 1 hour coaching sessions.
