The Product
First Train is a Leadership Coaching, Development and Support business that runs BoardRoom networking groups for small business leaders and executives. 

The BoardRoom brings together like-minded people to share their ideas, goals or challenges and receive support in achieving them and moving forward. It meets every 2 weeks for lunch or breakfast and membership is for 6, 12 or 24 months.

The Person
First Train is looking for an individual with high integrity and proven sales experience to grow existing BoardRoom groups and establish a new group each month. BoardRoom groups currently meet in Sydney CBD and on its fringes and we are expanding on-line this year.  The successful candidate must be able to attend a BoardRoom meeting in person at least a couple of times a year.

Goal
To get 20 people a month along to one of our BoardRoom meetings.

Responsibilities
To call a list of supplied individuals each week and encourage them to sample 2 complimentary meetings of the Boardroom.

Skills
Excellent communication skills
High level of IT skills
Ability to work autonomously
Strong level of reporting and recording

Requirements
Must have own home office and ability to invoice
Travel to Sydney is necessary (reasonable travel costs will be covered)
Flexible working arrangements encouraged

Hours of work: 8 hours / week
