Resolutions are not the Solution

Good Morning,

And HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Get  a Month's worth of Solution Coaching Absolutely Free

OK, hands up if you made a New Year's resolution?  And keep them up if you've managed to stick to it so far? Hmmm . . .

The vast majority of people who make a New Year's resolution keep them up for about 2-4 weeks on average.  So what stops them sticking to their guns?

Research has shown that making New Year's resolutions are actually bad for your health - http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/7806776.stm .  And why?  Well, it's because we know what we want to achieve (the resolution) but we don't put the steps in place of how to achieve it (the solution).

Well, that's where your coach comes in. :-)

What do you want to achieve by the end of this year?  What do you want to start 2010 doing or being? How are you going to make sure it happens?

To support you in achieving your vision, First Train is offering the first 3 people who contact me a free, no obligation 1 month's worth of Solution Coaching.  That's as many sessions as you want for a month.  Give me a call today on 0405 784071 to book in a time and place that's convenient for you.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Regards
Chris
