Believe it or not, training is all about the trainee, not the trainer. As trainers, we need to take the passenger seat so we still have a clear view of the way ahead, our own rear view mirror to see what's coming up behind us and a spare set of pedals just in case the corner is being taken too quickly but ultimately the trainees are responsible for the steering, in control of their own direction.
