We are advocates in helping companies work towards developing a learning culture within their organisations by promoting self-development. First Train acts as a support department to organisations that may not have a training officer on site. We're here to share the responsibility of your team's development. As an experienced training and coaching provider with 10 years experience, First Train is the only stop you need to make for all your training needs.

Whether it is soft skills training, such as presentation skills, conflict management; or hard skills, such as Excel, MYOB, we can support all your development requirements through our in-house trainers and network of training providers.

We can provide tailored courses designed to our client's specific needs. First Train can help you identify the direction you want to take your business and employees. Courses vary in length from one hour to one week. They can be ongoing or one off; individual or group sessions.

We also provide a wide range of generic courses. These can be delivered at short notice, to a variety of groups across many disciplines. If you have a suggestion for or require a course that is not listed then please let us know and we will endeavour to meet your need by expanding the courses on offer.

We offer coaching support to professional individuals either privately or through an organisation. These sessions are treated with complete confidentiality; no feedback is given to an individual's company without the coachee's expressed permission.
